a$)$ The traffic light will operate normally and will always start in Green at the beginning of the cycle.The operation cycle is as follows. $30$ seconds on green. $10$ seconds on yellow. $20$ seconds on red.It will blink $2$ seconds on and $2$ seconds off in yellow for its entire length of time. It will blink $2$ seconds on and $2$ seconds off in red when it is halfway through its time, that is$,$ after $10$ seconds the red LED will start blinking. In addition to the process, when the system is in yellow, you will have to turn on another output that simulates a horn which will always be running in the $10$ seconds WITHOUT INTERMITTANCE $[$You only have to turn on the output, there is no audio processing in logixPro$].$

b$)$The traffic light crossing has a button which if pressed regardless of the flow will turn to red after $10$ seconds of pressing the button.
