Generating a Flow Field around a body - MATLAB

How do I model (in MATLAB preferably) the following: for an arbitrary body and arbitrary flow field, generate a new flow field that goes around the body (but looks like our original flow field).

Working on a project and the end goal is when given a set of point vortices, and an overlapping freestream, to generate the flow from those that would occur with a fish-like body in the way.

Any guidance or resources are greatly appreciated!
