Georgia Pacific, Inc., interviewed Albert for a sales representative position. Albert, accompanied by Franklin, the national sales manager, visited retail stores located in the sales territory. While visiting one store, Franklin told the store manager, "I wish I had more sales reps like Albert." Albert was not hired, but later entered contracts with the store on behalf of Georgia Pacific.
