Right click on this link and pick "Save Link As" to download the text file to your own computer. Open Excel and go to a blank sheet. In the data tab select Get External Data From Text. Select the data file from where ever you downloaded it to the computer. This will open the Text Import Wizard. In the step 1 box select the "Fixed Width" button. This is needed because the columns are not separated by commas in the text file. In the step 2 box select the Tab and Space as the delimiters. In step 3 keep the format as General. Click on Finish. The Import Data box can be kept to the default values (upper left cell in the existing workspace). Click OK and the data will now appears in two columns in your Excel Sheet
