Getting Started, Lab 1 The purpose of this lab is to introduce you to the circuit design software, and the logic chips. In this lab, you will construct the given logic circuit using the software and then test your circuit and verify that it and the truth table are the same. This lab will build one circuit. You will use one of each of the following required IC chips: 7404 INVERTER (NOT) 7408 2,input AND 7432 2,input OR AL [1] T [2] BE FO CH [3] 1. Derive the truth table and the Boolean logic equation for the above circuit by hand. 2. Draw this circuit using a software logic program, and test the correctness. Check that all outputs from truth table in the program to match the table you derived in #1 above. 3. During the lab hour, wire the complete circuit using the breadboard and integrated circuits in your kit. Verify that the circuit gives the output from the truth table and the logic program. 4. Due the following week, submit a complete lab report, as described in the lab manual
