Project:The team's mission is to build and present a convincing presentation to Texas State University's Office of Sustainability. The aim of this presentation is to assess the feasibility of continuing to convert lighting technology on campus to LED technology, as well as the positive effect this will have on Texas State University's sustainability efforts

Example: Switching from incandescent to LED light bulbs would provide Texas State with more affordable electricity. The University will save $700 a month on average if they replaced their existing light bulbs with LED bulbs. Sacramento State University claims that switching to LED lights would save them $100,000 a year. Furthermore, the campus reported that by switching to LED bulbs, they would save $750,000 in cost of maintenance. The System is self-sustaining. Switching current Incandescent bulbs to LED bulbs would make the University an environmentally friendly campus for students and faculty
