The two that I believe will help me the most are the approaches to leadership, such as trait or behavioral approaches, and the broad definition of leadership "the process of influencing others to facilitate the attainment of the organization's goals." I see great value in the various approaches to leadership because I am aware of how diverse leadership is. As a leader, everyone that you will come into contact with will be different, so being able to determine what type of people need certain leadership styles and using that approach will bring me great success. I also see value in the broad definition of leadership because it is a reminder of how broad it truly is, and not to force any specific leadership style on anyone. Using these principles and concepts and making them a relevant part of my leadership will allow me to create meaningful and trustworthy relationships with
