This is important for the leader to have this self-composure skill, as it may also affect the working condition of others.

• Avoid slamming objects (including throwing or breaking)
• Avoid using passive- aggressive language or behavior
• Use encouragement to overcome difficulty
• Make ethical and smart decisions
• Do not blame others, take responsibility or address the issue with training
• Focus on the resolution, not the problem
