I chose to dedicate my article analysis to Zoom. When the COVID pandemic hit, the owner/creator of Zoom, Eric Yuan saw an opportunity to make his company a necessity it every household. Originally, the company was just intended for the use of communications within large corporations. Soon, it would be used for family communication, doctors' appointments, online schooling, work, and so much more. He altered and upgraded privacy and security within the company given the new demographics of customers he was catering to. One of the main factors, is the integrity and principles that Mr. Yuan operates his company with. He had a few major incidents along the way, mostly dealing with security issues. Not one time, did he make excuses or try and hide the fact his company dropped the ball. He Admitted the faults, pointed out the weaknesses and explained how the issues were going to be corrected. Because of his business ethic and hard work, his company grew from 10,000,000 to 300,000,000 in just one year.

One thing I truly admired was his honesty and transparency. Honestly is something that my company, Chipotle could learn a few lessons from. When something goes wrong within the systems, rather it be the call centers, website, ordering systems, or something else, they are pretty much advised to say, "not my fault" and just direct them to submit a complaint. Taking responsibility for errors is something most companies just don't do anymore, and customers are quick to recognize it. It's very important to operate a company with honesty and respect, and to provide customers with the same.

The article I choose to analyze about an organization demonstrating customer service focus was written by Ian Miller and its named Blindster CEO Leads the Way with Outstanding Customer Satisfaction and Unrivalled Growth. It was one of my favorite articles I got to read this is why I wanted to choose this article to summarize for all of you. The organization's name is Blindster and its CEO is named Kyle Cox. Blindster specializes in custom-made window blinds. The organization has worked very hard to grow from being a small, family-run place. I find it so amazing how Blinder describes its focus on customers. They say that Customer satisfaction isnt just our goal, its the lifeblood of our company. They care so much to focus on what customers need. Their customer service focus is so big they offer many helpful options for all customers. They even let you take home samples of blinds so you can pick the right ones for your home. This organization started with a simple website and has worked into developing a better one for customers. People love all the support and benefits they get from Blindster. Applying what Blindster does would be great for my organization. Blindster has been able to be known by many people. Their work is great and any organization should be as hard-working as they are. Starting by seeing how important customers is will help apply what Blindster does. Customers are the ones that keep businesses running. Everything we do have to do for them. If they are happy and see they have all of our focus, they will want to come back every time. I have seen places that dont appreciate their customers and Its sad. I want my organization to focus on customers and want to become better every day.
