Give me a response post For this course I would have like to see a risk assessment for different types of equipment used in the work place. For example I would like to do a risk assessment on a needle gun or a saw. I took ENHS 310 and we wrote a hazard communication program on a selected chemical. I would like to get more practice doing research and writing report on other hazards besides chemicals. I think having this type of assessment can benefit the students in the ENHS program because this is also a requirement of environmental and safety specialist. I worked on a ship and some of the tools we used were not ergonomically beneficial to the user. As I'm looking for jobs now I have learned that the ship yard safety manager position does not require any type of degree at all. As I make my way through this environmental program I have learned that most of my work related health problems could have been prevented if better, equipment and training were provided to me before I was asked to perform certain tasks.
