The next element involved is the team having a common goal. When the team is working on a project, that project will have a goal that needs to be reached to complete this project. Keeping a goal in mind can be the motivation that the team needs to reach the point of completion. Finally, your team needs to have the element of great communication. When your team is effectively communication not just with the team leader, but with each other as well, your journey to the goal in mind will come easier because everyone will remain on the same page and things will just follow better. When you put all three of these elements together into one team, not only do you have a team that is productive, but you also have a team that will be working hard on the task at hand, and enjoy doing the task.
