2. The aim of the public sector and NGOs is to serve people. Private sectors are established for profit making.

The employees of the public sector have the security of the job along with that they are given the benefits of allowances, perquisites, and retirement like gratuity, pension, superannuation fund, etc. And the NGO persons work for the betterment of the society at their own interest. These are absent in private sector.

4. Public sector or NGOs are not established to meet commercial objectives. Private sector working environment is quite competitive towards commercial objectives.

5. Public sector or NGOs are based on seniority basis. Private sector are purely based on performance.

6. Public sector or NGOs follows a bureaucratic approach. Private administration has an egalitarian approach.

7. Decision making in public sector and NGOs administration is pluralistic. In private sector administration, there is monopolistic decisions are taken.

8. Public sector and NGO officials are accountable to the general public. Private sector administration is accountable to the owners. Give me example on each one of these .
