The region in which Pakistan is located has been going through numerous issues - ranging from political upheavals to terrorism to insurgencies Instability in Afghanistan, geo-political rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran, Syrian crisis. With the coming of CPEC, India's traditional inimical approach towards Pakistan would remain restless, which means India would make use of both non-conventional and conventional collection of threats to harm Pakistan's interests and likely to wage hybrid warfare. Present unstable government structure in Afghanistan and various uncontrolled warlords have become a mouthpiece of Indian hostile policy towards Pakistan, thereby creating and an environment of India being on both Eastern and Western borders".
