1. Follow the leveling procedures below:
   1. Draw a network diagram
   2. Identify the critical path and the total duration of a project
      1. Keep the critical path and maintain the total duration of a project
   3. Target the non-critical activities for leveling
   4. Be careful of dependencies among activities
   5. Keep in mind that leveling is an art rather than a rocket science
      • Try to level out resource assignment as even as possible
      • The more leveled out, the higher your grade.
