Given string X, defining the acronym of that string to be the string that is formed from taking the first letter of every word in that string that does not start with a vowel.

If the acronym formed from a string would be 10 characters or more, then the acronym should simply default to "N/A".

All acronym characters returned must be uppercase .

If every word in a string of words starts with a vowel . the output acronym is an empty string.
