Withdrawal from Examination Students who have registered for courses but are unable to sit for the examination due to some unavoidable circumstances may apply for withdrawal from the examination, subject to recommendation of the Department Chair and approval by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic. If the withdrawal is due to illness or injury, the student must furnish the University with a medical certificate or a letter certified by UTP's panel doctor or any government hospital.
