Given the following sets of information, please assess the progress of the project at the end of Day 7. Please calculate Cost Variance (CV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Variance (SV) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) based on the data given below. Table 1 shows the data for each project activity. Table 2 shows the schedule of the project and Table 3 presents the planned and actual progress as well as the actual cost of the project activities at the end of Day 7. Please use your 7-digit student ID in the sequence for the cost per day of each activity (Z values) in the Table 1, and calculate BAC accordingly. For example, if your student ID is s1234567 then the cost per day of Activity A will be $100, Activity B will be $200, Activity C will be $300, Activity D will be $400, Activity E will be $500, Activity F will be $600 and Activity G will be $700.
