Michele is an employee who appears to be hyper sensitive to negative views of others. In her past two reviews, she has left the office during the performance appraisal session when negative feedback is mentioned. Some in her department are complaining that they do not want her on their team or work with her at all. Michele avoids follow up conversations when she has had even the slightest disagreement with someone or if others ask for her rationale when she makes a suggestion.
