GLOOM & DOOM GARY is pessimistic about most current events, organizational issues, and forecasts. He constantly harps that new ideas won't work because of failed attempts in the past within the organization. He is the classic devil's advocate in the room and is quick to point out the flaws in new initiatives. He is very discouraging with others and thinks that most people $($the optimists$)$ are not realistic. He lives in a hopeless space. His personal life is no different.
