You had a PT assignment similar to this one $2$ weeks ago with DHCP$.$ Remember, you have to give the PC several seconds for it to receive an address from the DHCP server. If you receive an APIPA address $($starts with $169)$ then wait a little longer. You should receive a valid address if you entered the commands correctly and have your PC set to dynamic $($DHCP$)$ and not static address.
