3.0 Methodology The rst step is to conduct a comprehensive literature review to determine knowledge gaps related to available research. The literature review covers the concept of remote working and its nature. advantages. limitations. ansigleratigns and all other possible information with assistance. Following this data collection. a mixed research approach will be used to assess teleworking practices in Sri Lanka. A mixed research approach will be accomplished through a case study research strategy. Choosing the appropriate method depends on the type of data you are collecting and the questions you are trying to answer. There are a few dielent ways to collect data for this research topic.
