Goal: Learn to mutate a list using indices.

Assignment: Shifting a list means "moving" all its items by $1$ index to the right. This translates to the first item becoming the second, the second becoming the third, all the way to the last item which now becomes the first. Assuming the list of numbers items has already been assigned some values, write some code that shifts the list.
