Golf Team Presentation Assignment + Rubric Learning Outcome: team demonstrates an ability to plan, design, write, and deliver an effective business presentation document including integrating the effective use of visual elements NOTE: this assignment is the development of a presentation, content for each slide is indicated below. The delivery of a business presentation involves an expectation of certain professional behaviours. These behaviours include all members arriving on time, paying attention to what others are presenting (not having side conversations that distract others), and remaining in the room until the class has ended. To reinforce the importance of these professional expectations in business, students who fail to respect these behaviour rules may receive a significant grade penalty on this assignment. What the team wanted to accomplish during the simulation game - OBJECTIVES NEED TO BE SPECIFIC AND MEASURABLE) Results obtained and team ranking according to the key measurements - Share Value, Sales, Social Score, Environmental Score, Net Income, World Ranking Slide #5 and #6 Overall Business Strategy For Your Golf Course - when customers think of your golf course operation or see your company logo, what thoughts immediately come to their minds. In this context, describe who your target audience is for your golf course, identify how you are positioning your golf course operation relative to your competition: pricing, maintenance levels, course features, pro shop merchandise quality, restaurant/bar offerings and HOW these supported the needs of your target customer group How did your team achieve its success or lack of success - what are the various tactics you deployed during the simulation to achieve your success Slide #7-8 How satisfied are you with your team's performance in the simulation?
