Good Day , Please assist me with the drafting a stake holder report
Stakeholder mapping
Stakeholder mapping is a simple exercise conducted in the project planning phase where you identify the different project stakeholders or stakeholder groupings.
Instructions:
Identify stakeholders in a project of your own choice (Tools, techniques or models).
The report should include the following:
What are the stakeholders needs and expectations, their legitimacy, relative power and urgency to act in and on the project?
What kinds of activism can you expect; why and from which stakeholders?
What kinds of subversion can you expect and from whom?
What kind of projections and splitting can reasonably be expected from stakeholders and from the project? How should this be dealt with?
Report Structure:
The report should not be more than 7 pages long (excluding cover page, table of contents and references).
The report should have the following format:
Abstract
Introduction (company status, purpose of study)
Literature review
Design
