Greatest Difference

Problem: Write a method to find the greatest difference between two numbers in a matrix.

Data: 2 matrices will be passed in. The matrces may be empty but will not be null.

Output: Return the largest range between two values from the two matrices.

Sample Data [ 1, 2, 3 ] , [ 4, 5 ] [ 4, 1 ] , [ 73, 2 ] [ -11 ], [ 12 ] , [ 0 ] Sample Output 4 72 23
