Greetings, I know how to do question a-d but I do not understand what I need to do with e and f. I have got the answers for the questions but I do not understand why those answers are correct. If someone could explain me what it means to augment the flow in the flow network and what the augmented total flow of a network is that would be very appreciated.

The labels with the edges should be understood as Actual- Flow followed by Capacity, not as a division. 0/2 B 1/4 1 / 1 2/3 2/2 1/1 source 2 / 2 D E sink 0/2 0/2 1/1 1/2 F 1/1 a. Give the total flow amount in this network. b. Draw the residual network for this flow network. Label the vertices with their names (AG), and all edges with their residual capacities. c. In the residual network that you have drawn, indicate an augmenting path. d. Give the capacity of that path. e. Draw the flow network that results from augmenting the flow in the original flow network (above) by the augmenting path. f. Give the new (augmented) total flow amount in the network
