Group Assignment: Generate ideas to help solve a problem for a persona group

Objective: Use the ideation methods from class to create potential solutions for your business pitch

Instructions:

• COMPLETE AS A GROUP - a maximum of 4 members as assigned in Groups.
• Use the resources in the Powerpoint template provided (remove instructional content), save the file as a Powerpoint with the file name: Group Number Name MAN 200 ZBB.ppt (ex. Group1 Greg Locke MAN 200 ZBB.ppt)
• IN A GROUP, DISCUSS the problem statement and persona from your individual assignments. Choose new ones if you desire. Note "NEW" below.
• NEW: Your Problem and Problem Statement (P. & P.S.) MUST be such that your solutions can be MONETIZED meaning: a product and/or service that the Persona is willing to PAY FOR ($$).
• Your Group may need to think of a new P. & P.S. to accommodate this.
• If you cannot use or enhance any of the problems/problem statements from this assignment, you may derive one from the photo I have uploaded to each Group.
• Each photo is unique to each Group, and visually describes a problem that you need to interpret AND construct a Problem and Problem Statement from.
• BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE MONETIZABLE SOLUTIONS.
• BRAINSTORM ideas together using one of the methods covered in class.
• ITERATE the ideas multiple times until your group feels one is most VIABLE for your final group project FOR NOW
• STATE the problem statement with How might we : format and highlight the problem, persona and impact
• One person per group will submit the assignment on Blackboard using this Assignment link under Assignments.
• Use proper formal Business English that is carefully spell- and grammar-checked. Please use Grammarly or Word Spell check tools to correct errors. Marks will be deducted for spelling and grammar errors.
