Group Project Assignment 1: Business processes: prepare initial as-is and to-be; Industry analysis: SWOT and Porter's Five Forces for your application There are two deliverables for this assignment. First, business processes. Meet with your group to brainstorm about your app idea. Drawing from what you learned about business process modeling and redesign this week, use BPML in Lucid (see video in Watch in Week 2) to diagram the as-is and to-be of the business processes involved in your app. Two, industry analysis. Meet with your group to conduct the SWOT analysis of your app idea, and the Porter's Five Forces analysis of your app's industry. You can use any diagramming tool to capture your analysis. Deliverables: One diagram of as-is and one diagram of to-be business processes of your app. One diagram of the SWOT analysis of your app, one diagram of the Porter's Five Forces analysis of your app's industry.
