In this part of your project, your team will develop project artifacts and plans that are required during the Organizing and Preparing phase of a predictive project. These artifacts and plans are created by carrying out the following processes of the Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Communications knowledge areas: Develop Schedule, Determine Budget, Plan Resource Management, and Plan Communications Management.

Part $3$ consists of the following project artifacts and plans:

High$-$level project schedule $($Gantt Chart$).$

Using the WBS from Part $2$ of the group project, define three activities for each work package and create a high$-$level Gantt Chart for your project. The Gantt Charts should include a logical sequence of activities and several project milestones.

Please refer to Module $5,$ Part $1,$ and textbook readings and examples, textbook Figures $5-11,5-16$ and $5-17.$

Cost Baseline

Using the WBS from Part $2$ of the group project, estimate the cost of each work package $($cost of labour, and other resources including any fixed costs$)$ and the total project cost. Please refer to Figure $5-19$ of the course textbook for an example. Please make sure that the total project cost includes $5\%$ Contingency Reserves $($cost due to anticipated risks$).$

After you estimate the total project cost, use the high$-$level project schedule $($Gantt Chart$)$ and allocate the costs every month over the entire project schedule. Please refer to Figure $5-22,$ Sample Cost Baseline of the course textbook for an example.

Resource Management Plan

The resources management plan must include the following sections:

The project organizational chart using a hierarchical format $($please refer to Figure $6-6$ of the course textbook$)$

Roles and responsibilities for each member of the organizational chart

RACI: Using the WBS from Group Project Part $2,$ develop a RACI that will include all the work packages $($please refer to Figure $6-7$ of the course textbook$).$

Communications Management Plan
