Group rough draft due

please submit a rough draft of your paper. You will not get feedback on this draft - it is a milestone put in place to avoid the biggest challenge groups have - starting to write.

• the draft must:
• Address all four sections of the paper (see the Application Assignment document - parts are labeled a-d).
• Be at least 1000 words long (approximately half the length of the final document)

This is the final declaration of the organization and leadership need you will write about. No changes can be made in terms of the organization or the leadership need once this is submitted. I am imposing this limit because last-minute changes in focus have been the source of the biggest conflict in past groups.
