Group these nine tasks into dimensions. A dimension is a logical grouping of related tasks. In other words, all the tasks that seem to belong together are grouped under a single dimension that you label appropriately (ex: administration, customer service, etc.). 1. Enter patients' prescriptions accurately onto Jean Coutu's computer database, RxPro.

2. Count, prepare, and label patients medications carefully in order for pharmacists to perform further verification and analysis.

3. Greet patients at the welcome counter to ensure their medical history is up to date on file in order for pharmacists to do their analysis.

4. Enter patients' requests (by phone call, welcome desk, or mobile app) onto the database to be prepared for patients' specified dates.

5. Mix made on-the-spot creams and antibiotics using the scale, graduated cylinder, and spatula.

6. Liaise with insurance companies to update patients information into RxPro on behalf of patients.

7. Verify medication inventory levels and order in new supply accordingly.

8. Clean counters, computers, plexiglass, and counting trays at regular intervals with established cleaning protocols.

9. Unpack incoming orders onto shelves on delivery days to maintain stocked shelves.
