Groups can but often don't help us make better decisions. Why don't they help? Focus your answer on the groupthink problem, and structure it in terms of the OPM: What is groupthink (i.e., the process)? Why does it occur (root causes)? Offer three detailed drivers of it. At least one driver should be from the People Frame and one from the Structure Frame. Explicitly draw from at least two valid sources (e.g., lecture, textbook, required article, required video) that you cite to inform your diagnosis.
