As a group, you are required to read and understand the case study clearly. You need to answer the following questions using examples from the case study and supporting your discussion with relevant academic journal references. Each question should not be answered as a question but use topic sentences. For example, instead of Q1 use a topic sentence. Hence, each answer must start in a new paragraph. The following questions serve as a guideline: 1. Identify key issues that Toyota management had to address for a smooth transition. Using relevant theories provide suitable recommendations for each of the issues addressed. 2.
