GUIDELINES FOR DESIGNING THE PROJECT SCHEDULE. GANTT CHART.

$1.$ The Gantt Chart must contain a Project Calendar. It should take into consideration national holidays and

whether Saturday or Sunday is a working day for your project or not.

$2.$ The Gantt Chart should include a project start date, the name of the project and the project team leader.

$3.$ The Activities on the Gantt Chart must be from the Work Breakdown Structure.

$4.$ The Gantt Chart must contain milestones.

$5.$ The Gantt Chart must show summarized tasks.

$6.$ The Gantt Chart must have phase reviews.

$7.$ The Gantt Chart must have quality control checks.

$8.$ The Gantt Chart should show the name of the project on the task sheet.

$9.$ The Gantt Chart must show the Schedule Baseline, both on the Gantt Chart and as a Duration.

$10.$ The Gantt Chart must show a project handover and closeout.
