Evaluation & Assessment What you have to do is to explain how you are going to conduct the monitoring after the campaign is completed. Therefore, you must remember to set down some quantitative goals and objectives to each program earlier, in order to be able to measure and evaluate results here. e.g. if the contact with the product were through direct marketing, an actual purchase might be the measurable behavior.
