Hanif, age $55,$ applied for a $$250,000$ life insurance policy on his own life and the policy was issued in November $2015.$ In April $2017,$ Hanif fell off a ladder while trying to access the roof of his house. Unfortunately, the fall resulted in a severe brain injury and Hanif passed away $10$ days later. During the processing of a claim for the policy proceeds, the insurance company found out that Hanif did not disclose on his life insurance application form that he had a form of multiple sclerosis $($MS$)$ although it was in remission for the last $3$ years.
