Hannah Pearce has just recently been assigned a new client to work with providing in home care. It turns out that the person she will be working with is a cousin of hers Sasha Barnes. Sasha has an intellectual disability. This initially seems like a great situation because they both get along really well, they live close by and both their families close. Banksia Care does not realise the connection between Hannah and Sasha because their surnames are different.

Initially Hannah makes the first couple of visits to Sasha and they both think that this is really good situation for both of them so Hannah doesn't tell anyone at work.

A new Conflict of Interest Policy and Procedure document has been distribute in Banksia Care and all staff have been asked to read it$.$ Hannah, write an email declaration to Deb Sinclair, Care Coordinator at Banksia Care detailing the potential conflict of interest.
