Colossians 3:23 (NIV) As we study employment law (rights, fairness, and workplace ethics) we're reminded that work itself is a calling. Scripture teaches us to labor with excellence, not just for wages or recognition, but as an offering to the Lord. Laws are important because they protect dignity in the workplace, ensure equity, and promote just treatment. But as believers, our motivation goes beyond compliance. We work with excellence because we serve a higher Master. Whether managing others or carrying out tasks behind the scenes, every role becomes sacred when offered to God.
