1. What is vision, and what can it possibly do?

2. How does this define or redefine your own personal concept of a vision, your own personal vision?

3. In what way can you sense, from the video, that vision is important to strategy?

4. Is it possible to meet all the criteria for a corporate vision (leader-initiated, shared and supported, comprehensive and detailed, positive and inspiring)? How so?
