Matrix Sort Ascending Sort all values in the matrix. Problem Problem: Write a method to sort all the values in a matrix. The matrix should be sorted as if each row was laid out one after another (row 0, row 1) and sorted as one long list. Sort the matrix in ascending order. Data: One matrix which may be empty but will not be null. Output: Return a new matrix with all values in sorted order. The new matrix must be the same size as the original matrix. Sample Data [ 1, 2, 3 ], [ 5, 0] [ 4, 15, 1], [ 73, 2 ] Sample Output [[0, 1, 2] , [3, 5]] [[1, 2, 4], [15, 73]]
