1. I'm using the Wharton - Customer Centricity Simulator and need to make decisions for Period 1. There is an available budget of $1,079,000 for Hartnow Technologies (3-D printers) with options to purchase reports from a technology that offers CRM. I have attached a screenshot hoping that someone has worked with this Simulator from Wharton Business School.
