If someone makes an inappropriate tweet, what should they do? What should employers do? When does an inappropriate tweet rise to the level of termination or resignation? When should there be forgiveness?

2. Recently, there have been arguments about how children under the age of 13 (some say 18) should not be using social media. In this case, Facebook announced they were launching an app geared toward 13 and younger. They have since delayed the launch of the app. There have been many arguments about how it could impact their mental health, "hook" them, increase the risk of bullying, predatory grooming, and shaming. Do you think Instagram is safe for kids under the age of 13 (given age appropriate content)? Why or Why Not? What do you believe the biggest concern with kids having access to social media? At what age do you think kids should have access to social media?
