In your talk and summary page, you should mention the following points about BJTs:

·        Physical structure of BJT (booth npn and pnp)

·        Operation of BJT in cut-off, in active mode and in saturation mode

·        In active mode, what could be done to reduce base current

 Your talk should be 3 minutes at max, and the summary page should be no longer than 1 page.
