As an administrator, I would research information on other MD job offers and organizations who hire for this kind of degree. Also, communicate with other workplaces to see how they go about hiring MDS and compare to see how we are similar and what I think we can do better. Even though Dr. Miller is a great candidate for the position we still have to look into his proposal also look at other potential candidates as well. What factors should you consider during this analysis? In Dr. Miller proposal I think as an administrator I would consider some of the proposals he's asked for such as the salary because he is highly experienced and educated. Also, I think the insurance benefits is a little excessive because normally insurance benefits are 80% to 20%. What departments should you consult for feedback?
