Maintaining sustainability in change is very important for an organization when changes happen. To ensure that it maintains is to continue to have great communication with not only the stakeholders with how the change is going but also the employees that the change affected. With making sure that communication is staying open with everyone is important because if things need to be changed or fixed then it can be addressed with the appropriate people. Making changes anywhere can be difficult for some and can be a big adjustment when certain things are so in place, so ensuring that there are things in place to make sure that it is effective and not overwhelming staff then that is what matters. Having constant check ins or meetings to ensure that people are good and on the same page can be very beneficial.
