A. In this case, the Exclusive Supply Agreement had an antiassignment clause. Could Koch have argued that Shore had repudiated the contract on the basis of that clause?

B. What is the policy behind the right of assurance?

I don't have much experience interpreting court cases and any help you could give me would be extremely helpful. Even if you could point me in the right direction as to where to look for the answers in the case.
