Hello, could you please help me with my reflection? I have no idea what to write!

I need to:

1. Thinking and reflecting on your learnings through this unit (Youth Work) and broadly the course, identify attributes, strengths and values expected in your chosen field (Youth Work/out of home care).
2. Find and read through your chosen sectors practice framework and identify how does the practice framework support the attributes, strengths and values expected. Is there an identifiable link?
3. You will submit a reflective essay answering the above questions by drafting your response as one piece of prose - not a report or set of notes. Ensure you:
   1. have an introduction that starts to clearly explain what your professional approach will be when you go out in sector
   2. discuss the attributes, strengths and values you identified to be important and expected in your chosen field
   3. discuss how your sectors practice framework supports the attributes, strengths and values expected in your chosen field

      3. Code of Conduct for Victorian Public Sector Employee

The following levels of criteria will be used to assess

• Criterion 1:Articulates a practice framework that integrates professional industry and discipline theories relevant to your field of study.
• Criterion 2:Supports your case with reference to theory and practice from at least two academic plus other texts.
