Could you please provide one example for each paragraph why these are important and how have the changed economy, culture, environment, globalization and/or other factors affected what managers do?

"One example of something companies and managers did in adjusting to the external environment; specifically in reaction to a downed economy some years ago, was creating companies that are involved in sharing economy.Sharing economy creates an economic environment in which asset owners share with other individuals through a peer-to-peer service for a fee, their underutilized physical assets (such as home, car, clothing, tools or other physical assets). Examples would be Uber or Airbnb."

"Globalization brings challenges to managers, especially in managing in a country with a different national culture. Managers need to recognize the differences that might exist and then find ways to make interactions effective. An example would be a Japanese brokerage firm acquired Lehman's international operations which added around 8,000 non-Japanese workers. Nomura was trying to strengthen it's global expansion strategy. But, since the acquisition, cultural and business differences between the two organizations and cultures have been a major issue."
