Your goal is to create a "How To Report" showing an entrepreneur or small business owner (who does not have any formal business education) the importance of utilizing and applying the specific business models into their business plan and strategy For instance, for Porters 5 Forces, you could find an image about Porters 5 Forces on the internet (there are many and I have included this one as an example) and include this image into your report. (Be sure to embed the image in your report so the text wraps around the image as shown in this example) Threat of Substitute Products or Rivairy Among Existing Bargaining Power of Buyers Entrants You would then explain in a very simplified method how they could use Porters 5 forces to better understand their industry and conduct an industry analysis.
