Top Three Manager Behaviors

Please identify what you consider to be the top three behaviors necessary for being a good manager. Well revisit this at the end of the semester to see if anything in this course has caused you to reevaluate those behaviors or reorder them. If two are tied, please indicate that.

An example of a manager behavior is a good communicator really listens. In other words, you dont need to explain just list what you think is important.
